Meet the Assistant
In the midst of the global coronavirus pandemic, the Brazilian government faced the challenge of distributing emergency aid to families across Brazil. PicPay's Virtual Assistant validates whether a user qualifies for aid with the Brazilian government and helps them claim their benefits.
The PicPay team brought their assistant online in just 10 business days. After an initial spike of 100,000 contacts in a single day, the assistant deflects between 20k and 65k contacts per day.
